Our mineral program is custom designed for our soil types by our veterinarian and is second to none. To top it off, our cattle drink only pure, fresh spring water straight from the farm. Our stringent selection criterion permits only top cattle to enter our 120-day finishing program. While in this 120-day program, our cattle are fed a regimented ration of high quality corn and have constant access to native grasses as well as top-notch hay. This selection process is initiated at birth as we start the gathering of data that will continue through the life of the animal. While tradition is important to us, we stay current on all new information and practices as well as utilize the data gathered from our herd in order to continue to offer the best beef available. All Ketchum Farms beef is processed at our family owned federally inspected plant. surrounded by rolling hills, lush valleys, meandering creeks,
all within minutes of the beautiful Greers Ferry Lake and the
